Our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for DRIEDHUB products.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature and food-grade quality standards of our products (dry fruits, nuts, and seeds), DRIEDHUB currently maintains a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy once an order has been successfully delivered.
Quality Exceptions
If you receive a product that is damaged or vastly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review such cases individually for potential replacement or credit note issuance.
Damaged in Transit
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, please do not accept the package and notify the delivery partner immediately. Then, contact our support to initiate a resolution.
