Usage Rules

By using DRIEDHUB, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to breach security, scraping data, or using the service for fraudulent transactions. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance. Pricing is displayed in INR and is subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund of any amount paid. Orders are only processed after successful payment authorization.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please contact us immediately through our support channels.

Liabilities

DRIEDHUB's liability for any product purchased through the site is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform.

Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. We encourage resolving any issues through direct communication first.
